Yes. Most of our private tours are suitable for families and children because the schedule and pace can be adjusted. Please let us know the ages of the children and any special requirements when booking so we can recommend suitable destinations and avoid activities that may be too physically demanding.
You can book directly through our website or contact us through WhatsApp. Select your preferred package, travel date, pickup location, and number of guests. After receiving your request, our team will confirm availability, itinerary details, pickup arrangements, and payment information.
Yes. Our private vehicle tour packages generally include hotel pickup and return within the agreed service area. Pickup availability and additional transport charges may depend on your hotel location, route, and total travel distance. These details will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Our private tours include an experienced English-speaking local driver who understands the route, local conditions, and major destinations. A dedicated licensed tour guide is not automatically included unless specifically stated in the package or requested as an additional service.
We recommend comfortable clothing, walking shoes or sandals, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, drinking water, and a camera or mobile phone. For waterfall, dolphin, or water-based activities, bring swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes. Modest clothing or a sarong may be required when visiting temples.
Entrance fees and meals are not included unless they are clearly listed in the package inclusions. Most private vehicle packages include an air-conditioned vehicle, an English-speaking driver, and mineral water or a soft drink. Outdoor activities may be affected by rain, sea conditions, visibility, local ceremonies, road access, or operational restrictions. Dolphin watching and swimming activities also depend on weather, ocean conditions, wildlife presence, and the captain’s safety decision. When necessary, we will discuss schedule adjustments or suitable alternatives with you.
Yes. Bali Hilltop provides scooter rental services for guests who prefer to explore Bali independently. Riders must have appropriate driving experience, a valid driving licence, and any legally required international driving permit. Helmets should always be worn, and renters are responsible for following Indonesian traffic regulations.
Yes. We accept credit card payments as well as other available payment methods shown during the booking process. Payment instructions, confirmation requirements, and any applicable conditions will be provided before the booking is finalized.
